Create Film Fife is proud to announce our 2024 Fife Filmmakers Networking Night at the Adam Smith Theatre in Kirkcaldy.
This will be is our first in-person event since 2019! Our event is an opportunity to meet and collaborate with fellow filmmakers across the Kingdom of Fife and beyond, in a friendly environment that celebrates creative filmmaking.
We’re looking for filmmakers who are interested in showcasing their work to submit their films (or extracts from films) for exhibition. We’ll also be asking filmmakers who showcase their work to take part in some Q&A. You can submit your films online by contacting gavin@midgeibitemedia.scot. Submissions should be no longer than 10 minutes, and the deadline for submissions is by the end of Monday 20th May.
We’ll be hosting the event at the newly-refurbished Adam Smith Theatre in Kirkcaldy. The venue has a bar with food and drink available, so please feel free to come down a little bit early to enjoy some refreshments. The Adam Smith Theatre also now includes the fantastic Design Suite, which is a fantastic resource for local filmmakers to check out, too.
The event will take place on Friday 24th May 2024 at 7pm, hosted by Gavin Hugh of MidgieBite Media.
